Booking policy
Upon Confirmation a 30% deposit of the Villa rental & estimated menu price will be required based on the approx number of guests
A Secondary deposit consisting of a further 20% of the Villa rental & estimated menu cost will be required prior to the wedding date (Precise date & amount to be advises at the time of contract)
A third deposit of 20% will be required 4 weeks before the wedding date
Final Balance will be required prior to or at the pre-wedding meeting
Your menu choice, table plan and any dietary requirements should be sent 4 weeks before your wedding
All the extra services booked with the villa follow the same cancellation policy

Menu starts at €150 per person
The cost of menu’s includes 7 hours of service. This will start from when the Aperitif is served
Additional hours of service will be charged at €300 per hour. Please note that we allow service (including bar) to extend until maximum 1am
As per the local law in Sorrento there are restrictions that are applicable to music which is played in a public place, this means that music must be switched off at 11.30pm (whether this is a DJ, live music or a sound system). This will be applicable even if you choose to keep the bar open until later. Any amplified music must also be set up internally from 21.30h onwards
There is a local music tax of €400 - this is applicable for all types of music
