This 130-hectare farm is located in Umbria, near the Tuscany border, on the hills south of Lake Trasimeno. In this enchanted landscape, characterised by ancient olive trees, hills, valleys and oak woods, lie three restored farmhouses from the 1700s, creating a total of 12 comfortable and high quality apartments, with panoramic pools, manicured gardens and terraces equipped for outdoor dining, outdoor showers and barbecues. Each of the three houses can be hired separately or together. Sleeps up to 60 guests. Exclusive use of 3 farmhouses is €10,800 for 3 nights.
Your Italian wedding ceremony can take place in a nearby church or city hall or choose one of the stunning locations on the estate for your own private symbolic ceremony. Fontanelle and Poderaccio farmhouses are both perfect for hosting your reception.

Accommodation
€10,800 for the whole estate for three nights:
3 farmhouses (and 3 pools) divided into 9 apartments, 2 cottages and a villa, with accommodation for up to 60 guests. The rate includes the venues help with the organisation of the event and the wedding fee. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
A smaller group can even rent only one or two farmhouses, during the week or in low season.
€1,000 per night for Casale Fontanelle (5 apts, up to 21 beds)
€1,000 per night for Casale Poderaccio (4 apts, up to 23 beds)
€700 for Casale Molinella (3 houses, up to 16 beds)
€3,000 per night for exclusive rental of the entire estate of 130 hectares, which includes the three farmhouses.
